Executive Chef, Paul McCabe has extensive training in several types of cuisine from French to Mediterranean, Southwest to the Pacific Rim. Chef McCabe is one of the shining stars in the culinary industry, having held executive chef positions for top restaurants all over the country. He has consistently been recognized as San Diego’s best, taking home awards from Southern California Restaurant Writers, Riviera Magazine, and Ranch and Coast Magazine. McCabe is an innovative culinary artist, and he is proud to make Delicias his new home.
